Libby Szarka
I started my journey of recovery in 2008, prior to that, I wasn’t willing to be accountable for my life, and spent a great deal of my time blaming others for my problems. Blaming kept me sick and allowed me to stay stuck in a familiar zone of sickness and pain. It wasn’t until I took full responsibility for my life, that the magic started to happen.
I have 10 plus years of work experience in the mental health and addictions field. In 2019 I found myself yearning for a deeper spiritual connection and found JJ Flizanes on her podcast, Spirit Purpose, and Energy where I was introduced to ho’oponopono. I immediately felt drawn to learn more and went on to obtain my ho’oponopono Practitioner Certification. It is one of many valuable tools that I use daily.
In 2020 I enrolled in JJs Empowerment Strategist Certification Beta course. I believe I can’t take someone where I haven’t gone, meaning I need to do the work before I can help others. My training as a counselor as well as the ESC has provided me with many tools that have enhanced my personal growth. I believe everyone that shows up in our life has something to teach us, today, I embrace those teachings.
I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist people in achieving their desired goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping people identify their core mind, body, and spirit challenges so that they can overcome them with confidence.
We are meant to evolve; this is an ongoing exciting, beautiful, and meaningful process.
I am committed to my own personal growth as well as helping others.
